I teach a range of courses that all focus on various elements of leadership. The core concept is realizing individual potential. This can be in courses covering authentic leadership, or high-performance team leadership, or ethical and responsible leadership, or cross-cultural authenticity, or leadership of strategic innovation. My students are from EMBA, MBA, UG programmes. I also teach widely in executive education programmes in a number of leading business schools around the world including Hong Kong University of Science & Technology (HKUST), SDA Bocconi and Skolkovo, Moscow School of Management.
